We’re teaming up with some of our friends in coffee, cooking, and spirits to bring you 12 different holiday coffee recipes using our products!
Drink Five: Wisconsin Winter Coffee!
First, Bring water to roughly 195-205°F (90-96°C). Pour ground coffee into the Coffee Press P6. Pour in 360g of hot water. Wait 30 seconds, then stir vigorously before adding the remaining water (720g total). Place lid gently on the Press P6 without pressing it down. Wait 3 and a half minutes, then press slowly until the button reaches the lid.
While the coffee is brewing, to prepare the whipped cream topping, vigorously whip heavy whipping cream and optional vanilla extract until it reaches a thick, whipped consistency.
The Finishing Touches
After your coffee is done brewing and you've pressed down on your Press P6, you can decant half (or roughly 12oz) of coffee into each mug prepared with bourbon, peppermint schnapps, and espresso maple syrup. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
