Orange Pomegranate Coffee Tonic

Coffee Cocktail to the Rescue: Orange-Pomegranate Coffee Tonic

Picture this: you’re sitting poolside drinking the best tonic cocktail ever. What could be better? A tonic cocktail that also has espresso, that’s what! This orange-pomegranate coffee tonic is proof that a caffeinated cocktail can be refreshing too. The only tool you need to whip up this delicious beverage is a French Press (other than a glass, that is). For a flavor twist, swap out the pomegranate seeds for maraschino cherries. And to make it lighter, swap sugar-free tonic water for regular. Cheers!
